The property is in a residential estate called Gran Alacant which is situated between Alicante and Santa Pola. Built in blocks of 4 the house occupies a corner plot with parking bay outside on Altomar 1. The property has 1 master bedroom en-suite, and 2 double twin bedrooms all with air conditioning and a roof terrace where Benidorm can be seen on a clear day, all self catering facilities provided, beautiful communal pool and gardens less the 100m away, local bars and restaurants nearby. 10 min drive from Airport to door, about 18euros taxi fare. Very friendly and relaxed area, fantastic beaches nearby PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS FOR A WEEK OR MORE ONLY, THE PROPERTY WILL FOR LESS THAN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGED AT WEEKLY RATE.

Close to the fishing town and popular spanish resort of Santa Pola and the modern city of Alicante, Gran Alacant boasts the beautiful sandy Caribassi beach and warm sea which is nearby, which is a must for families with children, a nature resort and shopping centre near the N332. The area also has a train which runs around Gran Alacant which starts and finishes at the shopping centre which is handy for people without cars, frequent bus services run between Santa Pola and Alicante, (about 1.30e last time i was on bus last year).
