Casa Montana has the 'wow' factor as soon as you step out onto the front terrace with breath taking views down through the valley of orange and lemon groves to the beautiful coast of the Northern Costa Blanca. It is immaculate and well appointed throughout and has been lovingly furnished and decorated in a modern style. The 3 double bedrooms sleep six comfortably. A few villas share the lovely private gated pool. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The villa is laid out on three floors with the lounge dining and American kitchen plus cloakroom on the first level, from here is the large outside terrace with amazing views for further relaxation and steps down to a partially covered al fresco dining area, with BBQ. On the second level are two double bedrooms with french doors and bathroom with large walk in shower and utility room off. The third bedroom is on the next level. There is also another terrace on the lower level with a small garden and table & chairs for 6 people.

Set on a small mountain side & just 1k down the valley is the small pretty village of Adsubia, and 4k the typically Spanish thriving market town of Pego & only 15 minutes to beautiful white sandy beaches where the Northern Costa Blanca meets with Costa del Azahar. These gentle beaches stretch for miles in each direction & are rarely busy even in high season! Mountains surround the valley on both sides. Do not miss the opportunity to take a drive from the villa up to the fabulous mountains in the Val de Gallinera where the locals grow cherries. Stop for lunch in one of the many village bars & restaurant on route & sample the local cuisine. Adsubia boasts a small grocers, bakery, delicatessen, chemist, hairdressers, two banks one with ATM machine and doctors surgery, 4 bars & restaurants, all are within walking distance from the villa. Pego offers more restaurants, including Italian, Nepalize, Chinese, Russian. The fascinating city of Valencia can be reached by train from Xeracho.

  • Deposit required to secure the booking is £150 for one week and £200 for two weeks (non refundable) balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure.
    A security deposit of £150 is required with the balance of the rental.
    A 5% discount is offered on a two week or more booking.
    Security deposits will be refunded after the villa has been cleaned and inspected provided that no damage has taken place to the villa or its contents during your stay.
    Full written directions to the villa will be sent to you prior to your arrival. If you require a mid week clean - this can be arranged but the costs will be payable directly to the cleaning team by yourselves.

Cities, towns and restaurants: Valencia - a truly vibrant city is just over an hours drive or let the train take the strain from Xeracho or Gandia for just under 6€ return! It is a very cosmopolitan city with museums, bull ring, designer shops, in door fruit and vegetable market and wonderful restaurants. L'Oceanographic & Science Museum are near to the port. Denia is full of cosmopolitan eating places, interesting shops and a castle that over looks the picturesque port with ferries to the Balearic Islands - take your car or go as a foot passenger or there are boat trips to the neighbouring coastal towns of Javea and Calpe each with their own charm. If your holiday is all about enjoying the local cuisine you will not be disappointed. Tapas, Valenciana paella, sea food and traditional local Spanish fare, not forgetting the many international restaurants to enjoy including Italian, Dutch, Indian, Greek Chinese all at incredibly good value.

Fiestas and places of interest: There are numerous local fiestas to enjoy - dont miss the famous Moors and Christians that each town and village celebrate at different times throughout the year. One of the oldest bullrings is in Ondara just a short drive from Adsubia and opens during July and August. The theme parks of Terra Mitica and Terra Natura and the water parks only 40 minutes drive away in Benidorm. There are caves to visit in Benidoleig, Val d'Ebo and even in Adsubia. 18 hole Golf at Oliva Nova just a 15 minute drive and also at the fabulous La Sella Golf Course in Pedreguer. Walking can be enjoyed from the villa, whether it is mountain walking or just strolling through the orange groves, although there are many more walks in the region to be explored and enjoyed. Markets are held on different days in all the towns and villages. Go karting and wind surfing facilities are just a 15 minute drive away. El Vergel Safari Park it literally 10 minutes drive!
