Enjoy your Venetian experience in our luminous, recently remodeled one bedroom apartment. Our flat is located one bridge and two passes from the beautiful Zattere. Here you will find the locals soaking up the sun, sipping on a spritz, enjoying the many outdoor restaurants and café’s on this open canal. For those of you that prefer to cook at home, there are many open markets and the main supermarket around the corner. The closest Vaporetto stop is San Basilio which will take you to Saint Mark's Square in approx 10 minutes. The apartment sleeps 4 persons. There is one master bedroom with a queen size mattress and the living room has two single sofa beds. The heating and air-conditioning can be regulated to your preference. The amenities include: Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven + Cook top, American Coffee Maker & Television. *Convenient location for those of you arriving/departing from the Marco Polo Airport, Ple. Roma, Train Station or on one of the many cruise line.

Here you will find Cafe's and Restaurants for all preferences. The colorful Zattere is just over the bridge along the Giudecca Canal. The sun sets are always a spectacular site, painting the sky with venetian colors. Arriving from the Marco Polo airport is just a 35€ car taxi ride and it will drop you off just 100meters from the apartment on a private road that is accessed only by taxi's and Venetians with permission.

Estuvimos 3 dias en este bellisimo departamento, del 29 de abril al 01 de mayo...fue una gran sorpresa......Brittany es encantadora y muy amable, esta ubicado a 10 minutos del San Pedro, pero es muy comodo porque llegas a un lugar con menos gente, donde puedes descansar muy comodamente pero tienes muchos servicios como restaurante, -tienes que ir a la pizzeria que esta casi frente al vaporeto es deliciosa y son muy amables y a buen precio, se llama Ae Oche, tembien hay un supermercado, servicos de internet, fue maravilloso estar alejados un poco de tantos turistas despues de haber caminado todo el dia, realmente desde que llegas a esta zona sientes que empiezas a relajarte, la parada del vaporeto es San Basilio, el departamento esta decorado de una manera estupenda, muy moderno, de muy buen gusto, super limpio, es un lugar muy acojedor y tranquilo, la cocina esta muy linda, el ba;o super limpio, todo es perfecto. El precio me parecio excelente para el tipo de departamento que es.
Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy felices en este lugar, regresariamos siempre ahi, Brittany es muy gentil y te da muchos tips y mapas, parece tu guia personal, es fabulosa.
