The property is a brand new spacious air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with 2 separate terraces looking out over the two communal swimming pools with superb views of the Mediterranean coast at Coral Bay. The lounge has a 32 inch flat screen satellite television, DVD and CD players. There are two sofas, one of which is a sofabed. The kitchen is fully fitted including oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and washing machine. There are three separate air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the lounge. The bedrooms both have fitted wardrobes and chests of drawers. The main bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The bathroom cabinet is mirrored with plenty of space within.

This brand new luxury penthouse is located in a quiet complex in Peyia, just a five minute drive from the warm clear Mediterranean sea at Coral Bay. Peyia itself is a small village with many bars and restaurants ranging from taverns, meze restaurants, traditional cafes and themed restuarants. The shops sell local produce and a bakery selling freshly made bread and cakes. There are two well stocked supermarkets too. At Coral Bay, apart from the clear sea and clean sandy beaches, there are a variety of watersports available and shops, bars and restaurants. The area also caters for those looking for a walking, fishing or golfing holiday. A short drive down the road is the vibrant areas of Pahos and Kato Paphos Here there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Additional information about rental rates

  • Nightly rates only apply on rental periods of 5 days or less. Where rental periods are not exactly 7 or 14 days, the extra days are calculated pro rata to the weekly rate.

    A 20% deposit at the time of booking is required to reserve the dates.

    The balance is payable one calendar month before the commencement of the holiday.

    A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is payable one calendar month before the commencement of the holiday and, subject to a satisfactory inspection, will be refunded within fourteen days from the end of the holiday.

    There are no other costs to pay. The rental rates above include all amenities and utilities within the penthouse and development, including towels, linen etc.

    Payments accepted by cheque, bankers draft or bank transfer in Sterling or Euros or paypal.
  • On the day of arrival, guests may enter the property from 3pm onwards. On the day of departure guests are asked to vacate by 10am. These times are flexible depending on the arrival times of following guests.
