This great villa is ideal for a big family or friends who wish to share and spend their holiday together. LES VERGERS is an amazing villa. It has big bedrooms, each with an ensuite, shower or bath. The very Provencal tiles are of many different original shapes and colours. The living room is very impressive, a great volume with fireplace, a high ceiling and wood beams. The terrace has a great view over the sea, valley and hills. The swimming pool is of a very interesting shape: length: 14m, width: 6m long, depth: 1,10m to 2.60m. The garden surrounding the house is flat, but it extends over 3 terraces downhill and 5 terraces uphill. The property contains many orange- and lemon trees as well as olive trees and many different types of flowers and plants. LES VERGERS is a quite retreat ideal for walking and cycling but still only a short 15min drive to the sea or to the famous village of St. Paul.

    This very beautiful villa is brand new on the rental market and we were the lucky ones and the very first clients at LES VERGERS. What an amazing property! It feels like living in a castle. The 'tower' gives it an extra charm and there is so much space inside and out and the view is really marvelous.
    Shopping possibilities are neary by in Cagnes sur Mer and driving to the sea only takes 15min.
    We were a bunch of friends who needed to relax but still wanted to be close to Nice and Cannes for a few nights out. We can honestly highly recommand LES VERGERS and we are planning to come back regularly.

    We chose LES VERGERS for our honeymoon and couldn't have stayed in a nicer place! It is ever so romantic!!!
    Surounded by citrus fruit trees and warm nights..., the pool, the view..., the sun sets... Why did we have to leave? Let's get married again!

Notes: No steps for elderly or infirm if their bedroom is on main entrance level since kitchen, living room and terrace are on this very same level. There are steps to reach the pool or other garden levels. You need to keep an eye on small infants since the garden is over a few levels. There are steps and little walls. If you wish to come with babies we are happy to buy: baby bed and high chair, plastic cutlery etc. Please let me know. For the pool: floats, also water polo/volleyball. Garden: a big table tennis and badmington rackets. We do have a grill in the oven and a portable barbecue to use outside. There is no fax, but we do have a printer which scans. For youngesters: we have a TV with a playstation games consol (x-box) which you can also play DVDs on. The property is secured by a heavy electrical wooden gate. Many cars can be parked inside the property. We prefer non-smokers but you can smoke outside on the terrace if you wish. No animals allowed. Thank you

Famous places are in easy reach: LES VERGERS is ideal for clients who love to go for long walks or cycle. Also ideal to just relax in a quite place with a wonderful view. You are 'away from it all' but yet so close if you wish to reach the sea or stroll in Nice, Antibes, Cannes or Monaco. Our 'Marina Bay des Anges' is reachable within 15min and a great place to eat out or hire a boat. St. Paul village and many other medieval places like Vence, Tourettes sur Loup, Gourdon (close to Grasse), Mougin (above Cannes) or Eze (above Monaco) are all reachable within 30min to 1hrs drive. Fency a little shopping on the famous market of Ventimiglia in Italy? Take the car and you are there in less then 1 hour!!!

even skiing...: Our ski resorts: Gréollière les neiges, Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg are reachable within 1 to 1.5hrs

golf and horse back riding + tennis: There are many places to play golf, play tennis or ride a horse between Villeneuve-Loubet and Grasse. Driving distance: 10min to 1hrs.

Great holiday home with super sea view

as soon as we entered the driveway we were left gobsmacked. a stunning villa with fantastic grounds full of fruit and olive trees. Unobstructed seaview from the upper and lower terrace. This house has immense character, space and is immaculately decorated. The house as well as the pool was lovely and clean and felt very homely from the moment we went in. Its a great holiday home and we really enjoyed our stay there. we have already booked for it again for our next break at Easter.
The local villages provide good restaurants, and we were only a 10-15 minute drive into St Paul De Vence, Nice town etc.It took us no longer than 30 minutes to drive into Monaco via the motorway and less than an hour on that fabulous scenic coastal road. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody thinking of visiting the South of France.

Atemberaubende Sicht und eine sehr schoene Villa

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 teenagern... Wir wollten unter uns sein und unsere Soehne und Toechter unter sich. Absolut kein Problem. Den Eltern gehoerte der obere Wohnbereich und den Jugendlichen der untere... Wir haben alle eine echt tolle Zeit in dieser sehr geraeumigen und wundervoll moeblierten Villa verbracht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum!!! Der Strand ist in nur 15min erreichbar. Es gibt hier sehr viel zu sehen, tolles nightlife in Juan les Pins, super Ambiente in Antibes, einzigartige mediteranische Doerfer. Düfte, zirpende Grillen, guter Wein... Wir koenne LES VERGERS waermstens empfehlen und werden sicherlich bald zurück kommen. Also bis dann, Familie Rottich und Familie Engels aus Rottenburg, Deutschland

An amazing spacious and luxurious villa with fantastic mature grounds, very large swimming pool and excellent uninterupted views of the Mediteranean. The location is so close to everywhere, the village has great restaurants. we enjoyed every moment of our stay there and would definitely visit again. The close proximity to the airport was great, and it was so easy to get to Nice and Cannes by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Vergers and would recommend it to families looking to relax in a great environment.

we can highly recommand LES VERGERS

We had an amazing time at LES VERGERS.
The villa is very spacious and so is the garden. It feels as if you were living in a castle. The property is very secure and privacy is garanteed. The view is breath taking, really and shopping near by in Cagnes sur Mer. It only takes 15min to the sea by car and there is lots of sightseing to do in the surrounding areas. We have been to St. Paul, Gourdon, Grasse and Eze. These are beautiful medival villages. Les Marina in Biot is a "must see" if you got kids. We will be back!
