This is a brand new luxury villa, privately owned and within the Riviera Hermitage private residency. Situated adjacent to Goa's premier 5 star Hotel 'RivierIa de Goa'. This beautiful location is surrounded by saltpans, hills and palm trees. The residency has its own 20m pool and its own sunbeds. This Villa is a modern comfortable home away from home with all you need to ensure a very relaxing stay. There is a generously equipped kitchen within a large open plan living area which boasts a stunning feature window and open gallery. On the ground floor there is also a twin bedroom, bathroom and a grand granite staircase. Upstairs to the master bedroom, which has a king size bed, another bathroom, an open bedroom with balcony overlooking the lounge surrounded with drapes for privacy and a large sofa bed which can sleep two comfortably, this leads to an open roof terrace which makes an ideal place for alfresco dining. The villa has bespoke furniture & air conditioning throughout.

The residency is next to Goa's newest and most luxurious hotel, offering a range of facilities to include bar, restaurant, Gym, beauty/spa salon, money exchange, internet access, Large swimming pool and toddler pool. The location is situated near the gorgeous beaches of Baga, Anjuna and Vagator. An abundance of quality restaurants and shops just minutes away. Opposite Ingo's Saturday night market which has great music, bargain shopping and excellent food. A short distance away is the world famous Wednesday Anjuna flea market with thousands of stalls, restaurants and beach bars. 30 minutes away are the quieter northern beaches of Mandrem, Aswem and Arambol. You can take advantage of day trips to Palolem (the paradise beach), the spice plantation, the elephant sanctuary, waterfalls, or not too far away explore yourself the local churches and colourful temples. In Baga there is plenty of nightlife if you want it or you can just relax in one of the many chilled beach bars.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Preference for payment would be UK Pounds or Euros although other currencies would be considered.
    A 30% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, with dates held for you from the point that the deposit has been cleared into our bank account. The balance of funds are required 6 weeks before your departure date.
    A refundable key holding/breakages deposit of £150 is required. This money will be returned to you upon confirmation of key return and complete villa check by the locally based property manager.
    We will be pleased to negotiate discounts for guests wishing to stay 3 or more weeks (this includes Christmas and New Year). Long term rentals will be considered. Please note that a minimum stay of 2 weeks is required for Xmas and New year period.

Notes: The Grounds and villa are suitable for wheel chair users as the paths are flat and wide and the ground floor of villa has a bathroom and bedroom. However, there are 3 small steps leading to the Villa entrance. Additional kitchen equipment - There is a purifier for safe drinking water, 2 x toasters, kettle, toasted sandwich maker, combination microwave with grill, 3 ring gas hob and extractor fan, 2 fridges with small ice boxes - one for drink, one for food, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and digital Safe. Additional bedroom equipment - There are two hair dryers.

Personal Driver- We can arrange for your own personal driver and thoroughly recommend it so that you can get the most from your stay. We have a trusted friend who is Goan born and knows where everything is. He can provide you with tours outside of north Goa and has a wealth of local knowledge and information. He can collect you from the airport and transfer you to your Villa safely and carefully. Details are available upon request. Bird watching:-There have been over 500 species of bird spotted in and around Arpora. Your own private roof terrace is a perfect platform upon which to view them. So, make sure you pack your binoculars. Property Management: -We use the services of a premier property management company. Therefore, the villa will be cleaned up to twice weekly. The beds will have a linen change a minimum of once a week and fresh towels will be provided for bathroom use. Beach towels are also provided.

Hotel Facilities:- Next door to Goas Newest 5 star hotel: Being in the private residency means if you wish, you can also have access to this superb hotel's facilities and your holiday really has 'The best of both worlds'. It's your choice, you can cook for yourself or use the hotels chic restaurant for breakfast, lunch or evening meal, you can sun bathe at the private pool or choose the hotels which also has a childrens pool, excellent poolside bar with great waiting service to your sunbed, the friendly reception team will help out with any of your needs offering money exchange, internet access and all the other great facilities the hotel has to offer.

The description of the villa does not do it justice, we were amazed with the space, the position, the facilities and the cleanliness of the villa and the complex. We were a party of 6 adults and one child aged 2 years and we never felt overcrowded. We had not been to Goa before and found the location to be perfect for both the beautiful beaches, the shopping and the the much talked about saturday night market. We found the 5 star hotel adjoining very good as we made full use of their facilities including the choice of restaurants and pools. The taxi service was excellent very cheap and reliable, the taxi driver recommended by the owner took us everywhere and with his knowledge of the area we went to places we would not have found on our own. We cant wait to go back and will be staying at this Villa again. Brilliant!!!!!!!
