Birdie 12 is an end of terrace townhouse in the mountains on the golf and tennis resort of La Sella, near Denia. Car hire is essential as the golf club, tennis club and beach are only a short drive from the house. The house has magnificent views from its sun terrace towards the sea, the mountain of Montgo and the golf course. Each bedroom is air conditioned making it comfortable in the summer months and with climate control in the Winter. The house has a private garden that is a stone's throw from the communal swimming pool. Enjoy the luxury facilities of the Marriott golf resort and spa with its excellent restaurants and barbecues by the pool. Catch up on your e-mails at the internet shop. Denia is only a 10 drive away with its pleasant beaches with watersports and the more picturesque Javea is also closeby. Valencia is an hour's drive North on the AP7 motorway. Valencia was the location of the America's Cup in 2007 and you can visit the Port and its Aquarium and impressive shopping centres. Alicante is a similar distance South.
