Superb modern three bedroom villa. All the accommodation is on one level on a flat plot. The light modern interior comprises a spacious lounge/diner with high beamed ceiling. It has a modern well equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and ceiling fans in the other double bedrooms. The French doors from the lounge diner open onto the covered naya, and onto the south facing garden and private pool.. There is a separate summer kitchen with barbeque, sink and fridge. The villa is in a quiet residential area but only minutes away from the bustling town of Javea. The villa is very close to Javea Golf and Bowls clubs. Montgo national park is nearby with its walk routes and amazing sea views all major tourist attractions are easily accessible by road.
