Welcome to our luxury 2 bedroom apartment on the beautiful Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort Murcia Spain, One of Polaris Worlds best resorts with 24 hour security and gated entrance. The apartment being on the second floor boasts fantastic views over the golf course and surrounding area. It is just 2 mins from the supermarket and very close to one of the 18 swimming pools on site . The course itself is a Jack Nicklaus designed par 72 Championship Golf course with tree`s,bunker`s and water hazards. The apartment is fully Air conditioned and central heated,we have Tv ,Dvd Playstation and games. You can book budget flights to both Alicante and San Javier (murcia)which is only 15 mins away. I would recommend hiring a car so as you can get about and see the local area, although it's not essential. Murcia tipped by many to be the next Algarve has over 30 golf courses in the region ,it`s a golfer`s paradise. Please see the link to our own website on the facilities page

Our apartment is located near Sucina a quaint little Spanish Town ,there`s bar`s, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. We`re 25 minutes from the city of Murcia and 30 minutes to Cartagena both steeped in History great places to visit. It`s only 15 mins from the coast and you will have access to wonderful beaches of the Mar Menor an inland sea with beautiful clear water`s that are clean and safe. Los Alcazres which is about 20 mins a nice place to visit a seaside Town with its many bar`s and restaurants. Also whilst staying at our apartment you will have access to the other Polaris World resorts where you can play golf relax by the pool or sample some of the wonderful cuisine on offer. Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates for 2010 will be offered at a reduced rate for the first 10 bookings from £400 to £250 for the apartment for up to 7 nights and include being met at the entrance to the resort by our representative shown to the apartment and explain how everything works.

    It is also very handy to have someone on site if you need to ask any questions or find out where something is based.

    Discount maybe available if looking for a longer stay.

    There is a £100 security deposit payable prior to arrival and will be refunded 2 weeks after your last day of stay ensuring there are no damages to the apartment.

    A 55 euro cleaning/laundry charge is payable locally to our representative.

  • The apartment has two bedrooms with single beds in both bedrooms these can be pushed together if required by moving the bedside table in the centre. The lounge also has a leather sofa which converts into a double bed which could sleep another two, its ideal for kids but not really recommended for two adults (would be a bit too cosy if you know what I mean)
