Dart View is a comfortable, attractive, detached home set in Salcombe giving uninterrupted views over the fields to Dart Moor. It is let on a self-catering basis and is perfect for larger or multiple families. Dart View was modernized 2 years ago and provides light and airy accommodation with all the comforts of a well equipped home. There are 2 double rooms and 2 twin rooms. There is a modern family bathroom with shower and large bath and an additional shower room and toilet. Downstairs is a ‘playroom’ with a double sofa bed, a warm, welcoming kitchen with an aga but also an electric oven and gas hob, Living Room and utility room with toilet. Outside to the front is a large decked terrace with BBQ and outdoor fire pit, 2 tables and chairs to seat 10-16. This area provides fantastic views to Dartmoor and the setting sun. To the rear is a garden with trampoline. Parking for 3 cars.

  • All bed linen is provided but we ask that you provide your own towels.
  • Advance bookings are accepted and confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit which is non-refundable. We strongly suggest you take out your own suitable holiday insurance. The balance will be require 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  • All breakages and cleaning on departure will be the responsibility of the tenant and we require a deposit of £100 which is returnable within 1 week of the end of your stay should the property be left as found. The telephone is operated on a honesty basis.
