Luxury two bedroom first floor apartments with lift access, in the upmarket complex of Solario de Sao Jose. The apartments are furnished to a high standard with air conditioning and sound system throughout with individual controls in each room. The living room and main bedroom lead out onto an enclosed furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom two has a small balcony with views over the local area. This safe and secure complex has a large swimming pool with sun bathing terraces and separate children's pool. The facilties include games room, children's play area, gym, squash court and sauna. There is also a BBQ area on the roof top terrace with stunning views over Albufeira. Ideally situated within easy walking distance between the vibrant 'Strip' and charming 'Old town' of Albufeira. Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets are only a short distance away and the beach is approx 800 metres

Solario de Sao Jose is in a peaceful setting yet centrally located, approximately 10 minute walk to The Strip and a 15 minute walk to Albufeira Old Town. There are many bars and restaurants in the area catering for all tastes. There are Taxi ranks and public transport close by with buses available that will take you to the nearby water slide parks, Zoo Marine and theme parks. There is also the Albufeira tourist train which is a circular route that takes you from The Strip to Albufeira Old Town. Beaches are also within easy reach by foot, with Praia da Oura being one of the closest offering clean golden sands. The complex is 30 minutes from Faro airport.

    If you require air-conditioning there is an additional charge of £35 per week

  • 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, with the balance due six weeks prior to arrival.
    If the booking is within six weeks of arrival the full balance is payable at the time of booking.
    A £75 refundable security deposit is required when the balance is paid. This will be sent to you by cheque when our representative confirms that the inventory is complete after your stay.

Accessibility: Access to condominium is accessed via gate to rear of block into entrance lobby where access to the apartments can be made via stairs or lift to the first floor.

Outside: Sun beds are available. The pool area, with separate childrens pool also includes a children's play area (for use by under 12s only please). A games room is also available along with a gymnasium, squash court and sauna.

Coast/Beach: Forte Sao Joao, Oura and Albufeira beaches are a short distance away.

Golf: The Algarve has many Golf courses, with Albuferia being centrally located all are within an easy drive, including the famous courses at Vilamoura and Quinta do Lago.
