A brand new Sansiri development south of Hua Hin in Kao Tao. 7th floor (top) apartment with 2 beds/2 bathrooms with all mod cons. Large balcony has sea and mountain views. Flat screen TV, DVD,stereo. Fully fitted kitchen with all utensils. The complex has multiple pools and beautifully landscaped grounds and sits directly on a beautiful quiet sandy beach. The area is undeveloped and very quiet. There are a few local restaurants and small resorts in the area and Hua Hin is only 10 mins away in a taxi. Since the apartment is on the 7th floor we ask all clients to consider if its suitable for young children. The complex has internet facilities as well as a fully equipped gymnasium. There is also the facility to arrange restaurant deliveries from Hua Hin for a small surcharge.
