The Swallows:
You walk up the steps to the entrance of the cottage and walk into the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It has open beams with velux windows, with French doors to the rear garden and another set accessing the balcony which has views of the valley.
Stairs lead down to the hall, to start, on your right is the large bathroom which has a shower and a roll top bath. The next room is the second twin bedroom and the room on the end is the main double bedroom with French doors accessing the front garden.
The Mill House:
You arrive at the complex, you can pull into the drive which turns up the drive to the front door where you can unload your bags and then park your car in the space provided. As you walk in through the front door of the cottage the kitchen is on your left, which has dishwasher, fridge and freezer. electric cooker and a kitchen bar. Stairs to upstairs ahead of you and dinner and lounge to the right. The lounge opens up to a slabbed garden area. Upstairs as you turn to the left there is the bathroom ahead of you, with shower/bath. Then to your left is a twin bedroom. To the right of the stairs is the main bedroom with king size bed.
Tregamere Barton Cottage:
The cottage itself is a cosy upside down build, as you walk into the living,dinner and kitchen area upstairs in an open plan design. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and freezer, electric cooker, hob and fan. As you go downstairs there is a utility and w/c through the door on your left from there you can access a patio area with garden furniture. At the bottom of the stairs to your right is the main double bedroom with wardrobes, chest of draws and TV, the next room is the twin room, which has a wardrobe and bedside draws and finally the bathroom with bath and separate shower.
