Private villa inserted in a condominium of 4 villas located near Maiori, 15 minutes driving to Amalfi. The villa has a private terrace and garden with lemons and bougainvillea trees equipped with barbecue area from which the guest can enjoy an astonishing view on the Amalfi coast and has direct access to the sea to an obtained platform in the cliff. The property is completed with a private car parking. The villa is accessed by means of approx. 40 stairs and from the villa to the platform on the sea there is a private stairway of approx. 200 stairs. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms, a double and twin, two sofa beds completely independent in the lounge, two bathrooms, a dining area and an open space kitchen. A dining area is equipped also in the terrace. At a short walking distance there is a beach and restaurants, one is located in an ancient Norman Tower, tipical watching point built in the cliff to prevent enemies attacks.
