  • Rates for festival weeks are variable. Festivals happen throughout the year. Pls contact me for further information. A 30% deposit is required on booking with full payment required 8 weeks prior to arriving at the property. Should a renter have to cancel their booking, within 8 weeks of the holiday dates, the owner will do everything possible to secure another rental in order to return the 30% deposit. However, if another rental cannot be found, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
