This beautiful Morrocan style detached villa is set in its own immaculately kept gardens at the bottom of the Montana Roja mountain. There is a large patio area and boasts a large private roof terrace that has stunning views over the sea to Fuerteventura. The villa is located close to the large communal pool which with its gentle sloping access is just perfect for young children. Also the on site supermarket which is very convenient for our guests is close by. This quiet development is perfect for couples and families and provides the privacy and freedom that is not often obtained from the usual ‘busy’ complexes. It is pedestrianised and is safe for children. Within walking distance of a few shops including restaurants, bars, mini-market and coffee shops and just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful safe beaches and the main shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca The villa is maintained to the highest standards and has a list of repeat clients after only two years of letting.

Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that retains its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, it was once a small fishing village. It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque restaurant-lined promenade. Playa Blanca has miles of fine golden sand with placid waters and a beautiful promenade one of the longest in Europe. Ferries to the Island of Fuerteventura leave the quaint little harbour daily. Places of Interest on the Island: Parque Nacional de Timanfaya. Take a guided tour of the volcanoes and a enjoy food cooked over the heat from the volcanoe. Cuave de Los Verdes: Deep caves with guided tours James del Agua: See the famous white crabs in beautiful surroundings. Mirador de Rio: View Point Rancho Texas: A great day out for the children and a must for the adults too especially the Western Evenings.

Notes: This property has been nicely decorated by the owners and offers all home comforts for a truly relaxing holiday. There is satellite television, a DVD player with a huge selection of DVDs along with a music centre and a Sony play station and games. The Kitchen is modern with a hatch through to the dining area where there is a large table and 6 chairs. There is a utility room with washing machine and outdoor drying rack plus buckets and spades and pool toys. Outside there is a large sun terrace over looking the garden with built in BBQ and a large table and chairs where you can sit whilst enjoying an al fresco meal. There is a large private roof terrace with wonderful sea views. Complete with 6 sunbeds just perfect for sunbathing by day or enjoying an aperitif whilst watching the spectacular sun-sets. The property offers easy access but there are 2 small steps on to the property and steps to the roof terrace.
