Beautiful villa on the edge of a 18-hole golf course and near the beach. 1.200 m2 relaxing garden with pool. From 100$ per day. This brand-new 2-bedroom villa is situated on a select urbanization on the edge of an 18-hole golf course and seven minutes from a beautiful sandy beach (La Barrosa). The attractive garden of 1.200 square meters boasts lawn and swimming pool (8 x 4m). The villa is surrounded by a secure wall with a lockable gate, ensuring complete privacy and making it safe for children. There is also parking place for several cars. The immaculately presented villa is comprised of a lounge/dining room, with open kitchen. In the lounge there is a twin sofa bed, television and DVD player. The kitchen area has a microwave oven/grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There are two well furnished bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both having built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a good shower, bath, toilet and hand basin.
