This lovely apartment is set in the tranquil Benimar complex in Fanabe. Comprising 1 en-suite bedroom with jacuzzi and shower over, a second shower room and a fully fitted independent kitchen with 4-ring cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and a clothes line. There is also a separate underground secure garage. The lounge area has a large sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs, satellite TV, DVD player and iPod dock/radio. The lounge and bedroom are both equipped with ceiling fans and the lounge opens out onto a south facing balcony complete with table, chairs and barbecue. Set in a well kept complex with 2 excellent communal pools, the beaches of Fanabe & El Duque are a short walk away. With shops, bars and restaurants only a 5 min walk away the apartment is perfectly situated for a relaxing break in one the best locations on the island and only 20 min from the airport.

The beautiful beaches of Playa de Fanabe and Playa del Duque are only a 10 min stroll away. Local shops and restaurants are 5 min away and the large shopping and entertainment complex Gran Sur is only one km away. The top class golf courses of Costa Adeje and Las Americas are both within a 10 minute drive and Golf del Sur is at 20 min. The views from the top of Mount Teide are stunning and well worth a visit. Hire a car and in an hour you can be in the lush, green north of the island in Santa Cruz. Benimar in Costa Adeje is perfect for a quiet relaxing break but,if you prefer, the nightlife of Las Americas and Los Cristianos is only a 10 min taxi ride away. Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £100 per booking is required to secure the apartment. This is refundable to you following your departure and is invoiced at time of booking. The rates are based on two people sharing and additional guests will be charged at £40 pp per week. Deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.

    On arrival the apartment will be available from 15.00. On departure guests are asked to depart by 10.00.

    Please note the owners accept no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by anyone whilst staying in the apartment. We strongly recommend that adequate insurance is taken out to cover you and your party during your stay.

Wonderful apartment, modernly furnished, with TV, Ipod doc. We used the balcony every night to cool down and have a relaxing drink before going out for the evening. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need even a washing machine (so less clothes needed Ha Ha). On arrival the appartment was clean and well maintained throught, twin bedroom and double sofa bed. The jacuzzi was a delight and we had great fun. We made arrangements to be collected from and to the airport, and the driver even texted the next day to see if everything was ok. The owner texted quite a few times throught our stay as well, which we found really helpful. Would strongly recommend this appartment for a quiet, relaxing stay, it is residential there was no problem getting a sun bed everyday, as most people were working and only in the pool whenever they finished work. We also got talking to a few of the residents who were all very helpful with directions and info about the area. We were not there for and activity holiday but at the beach there was plenty of activities. The shops and beach are only 10 minutes away. The footpaths, and surrounding area were clean and well kept. In Fanabe 1 we found a restraunt called "Bentleys", a young couple from Liverpool, which was great food and great value for money. The walks around Fanabe were really nice. And the Sunsets - well you will just have to go and find out for yourself.

Very nice apartment in good location

We were very happy with the apartment. It was a good size, clean and had all the facilities you need during holidays. The area is gorgeous and quite. The complex is well maintained. We found it very convenient as to the shops location and our favourite and the most picturesque beach El Duque. There are lots of restaurants along the promenade, only 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Kenny arranged also the transfer from/to the airport and answered all the questions we had so all the booking arrangments went very smoothly.
We would highly recommend it to everyone, especially those who are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays.
