Casa Colin is a beautiful modern, well equipped 4 bedroom villa with a private pool. It sits in a quiet location in the hillside overlooking Palamos Bay and the surrounding countryside. As a base for a self-catering holiday rental in the Costa Brava, it is ideal. Sant Antoni village and beach are at the bottom of the hill and Calonge and Palamos are 5 minutes drive. The large lounge/diner overlooks the terrace and pool with a stunning view of Palamos Bay. All 4 bedrooms have patio doors opening onto a terrace. There are 3 doubles (2 with king-size beds; 1 with twin beds) and a single. There is a separate kitchen, 2 shower rooms, family bathroom, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer, garage and private parking. There is a 42” flat screen TV and home cinema sound system with Sky package including movie channels and lots of family type DVDs. The terraces are well equipped with tables and chairs, parasol, sun-loungers and bar-b-que.

Casa Colin is perfectly located to enjoy the rocky coves, sandy beaches and nearby towns and villages. Sant Antoni village and beach are at the bottom of the hill. Calonge and Palamos are 5 minutes drive; Girona 30 minutes; and Barcelona 75 minutes. St Antoni and the Old Roman village of Calonge have all the usual amenities – supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks, post office and tourist information. The bustling nearby fishing town of Palamos is stunning and the jewel on the Costa Brava. Girona airport is 30 minutes by road and Barcelona and Perpignon airports are about 75 – 90 minutes by road depending on traffic. It is possible to drive from the ports of France – Calais is about 12 hours drive. (The owners do this journey in one long day).

Additional information about rental rates

  • July and August restricted to 2 weeks’ minimum rental. Rentals outside these dates can be negotiated with the owners.
    Arrival time is from 4pm. Arrangements can be made through the local agents to drop off luggage before 4pm. Departure time is by 10am on the final day.
    The house keys will be sent to you after the final payment has been made.

    A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure bookings.
    Final payment is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday together with a refundable damages deposit of $500.
