Beautiful house, sleeps 6-7, in rural area with swimming pool for rent : The house has 3 en suite bedrooms and a 4000 square metre garden, partially designed.Terraces all around with french windows. There is a little pond and a nice swimming pool (5m/10m). The house is build in a U-shape, living area one side, sleeping area other side. This modern villa is situated in between olive trees and vineyards. The view is magnificent and peaceful even though it is only 5 from Flayosc centre and 10 min. from the big shopping malls in Draguignan. The pittoresque, provincial villages are a must (Tourtour, Villecroze, Lorgues) They are also famous for their great restaurants. The Gorges du Verdon,the French Rivierabeach are within 45min. Places like Grasse (Perfume), Fréjus (with Aquatiqua), Antibes (with Marineland...) St. Tropez(yachting) Cannes and Nice (Airport, beach, shopping) are within 1 1/4 hour. There are plenty of possiblities in the region for golf, tennis, horseriding, hiking...

Notes: The kitchen will be renewed in April. All the necessary equipment is there but will be replaced, there will also be an American fridge. Their is a pantry (for storage)with washing/dryer machine and freezer. The kitchen is separated from the living room by an American bar with high chairs. The living room and lounge are one room. There is a nice open fire that can provide extra heating for the bedrooms during winter. The whole house has floor heating. There are enough chairs to add a few places at the dining table. There is a wooden table with 6 chairs outside and a plastic table which is very big (extra middle piece that can be added.),easily seating 12. There are chairs enough stored in the garage. Six sunbeds with cushions are available around the pool

The booking: The booking goes straight through the owner. As soon as you are interested you can take an option on the villa for one week. If you want to go ahead with the booking you will receive a booking form and after the payment of the deposit the house will be booked for you. You will receive a brochure with information on the house and region.

The house keeping: There is a lady who looks after the house and can be used , against payment for extra cleaning or ironing. There is a gardener/ pool cleaner coming in twice a week on set times (can be altered according to your wishes and his availability) The house has a telephone that can be used freely unless we see excessive use. There is a family who can help you with any problems in and around the house. You will be provided with their telephone numbers A lot of information of what to do and where to go are in the house available for you

The region: The house is set in a very quiet area, but still close enough to shops, malls, doctors.....You can even walk up to the village Flayosc.

Other Activities: Sailing, waterskiing, fishing is also possible but at about 45 min
