Casa Las Pasas is a fabulous stone villa set in the beautiful Jalon Valley on the Costa Blanca. A short walk from the centre of Jalon . The private villa stands in its own grounds behind high walls and gate. The two levels comprise of open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area. Large wooden doors from the hallway lead out to courtyard with barbecue. This area use to be used for crushing the grapes, hence the name of the villa ' Las Pasas '. Large twin bedroom, tastefully furnished and seperate shower room. Open staircase from the living area leads up to the first floor with door out onto a spacious roof terrace. Great for sunbathing. Large queen size bedroom with old worldly basin, wardrobes etc. Twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Spacious grounds with views of the Jalon Valley and surrounding mountains. 10mx 5m private pool with ladder is surrounded by palm and lemon trees. Shaded casita for outside eating, sun lounges and barbecue area in the courtyard.

This fabulous private villa is ideally situated for both coastal and Inland sight seeing. Situated just outside the town of Jalon which is famous for its wine making. Mountain walks, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The large sandy beaches of Calpe are only 15 minute drive. Where you will find Jet skiing, windsurfing, fishing, childrens play areas. Javea, Moriara, Denia further north along the coast 20 - 25 minute drive. Benidorm is 45 minutes drive with water parks, theme parks, fabulous beaches, shops and bars in abundance. 20 minute drive to a fabulous shopping centre through the valley north. Short drive to reach the inland of the Costa Blanca through the Jalon Valley where you will find stunning scenery and the old Spain.

A little piece of heaven!

We spent a week at Casa Las Pasas and had the most relaxing time ever!

The villa is thoughtfully well equipped, with everything you need and more. The welcome food pack is a lovely added touch with wine, beer, bread, ham, eggs and much more (just what you need when you have driven an hour from the airport).

The scenery is beautiful, with your own personal mountain view from the seating area and pool. The pool is just the right size, clean and you even have your own lemon tree. Perfect for any G&T drinkers!

Jalon has many bars and restaurants to choose from, ranging from traditional Spanish tapas to English dishes. We personally preferred to buy food in from the (inexpensive & well stocked) Supermarket and cook/barbeque most evenings. As for the bodega's, more than drinkable white/red or rose wine at around 5euros for 5 litres!

We have a lovely holiday and would definately go back for more. Highly recommended!!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the villa for a week and we can honestly say we have never had such a relaxing holiday.
The villa is set in its own grounds which has a lovely pool and is not overlooked so it is very private.
There is everything you could ever need in the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped and it even has a laundry room!
The bedrooms are massive and the whole villa has a very ‘Spanish’ feel to it.
Its location is picture perfect surrounded by mountain landscape plus it’s just a 5 min walk into Jalon where we found some absolutely fantastic restaurants!
The villa is also a great base as it seems to be smack bang in the centre of loads of attractions.
Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away where you can find the water park (which is ace! Although I chickened out on the Kamikaze!). Also in Benidorm is Terra Mitika Theme Park. If you like Alton Towers you will love it here! Tip: Terra Mitika do an evening ticket which is when we went and it was a lot cooler and less busy.
There are plenty of lovely sandy beaches near by with great beach side bars and restaurants to eat at.
I can’t really put into words how good this villa is so if you’re thinking of booking it, stop thinking and just do it! You will not regret it!

This is our 6th visit to Casa Pas Pasas thats how much we love it. The Finca is true spanish and well equipped for all your needs. Location is excellant, ideal for exploring or just a quiet get away.Every year we have found something new to see. The village is wonderful, from its excellant restaurants and bars to the saturday market, which is definitely not to be missed.See you next year.

Lovely and charming rustic Finca, ideally located, quiet and private, yet still within easy reach of many sightseeing locations.
The Finca is very clean and well maintained and oh so nice to have a private garden and swimming pool al to yourselves
Nice walk into Jalon to the many bars and restaurants if you don't want to venture out far.Good supermaket for all your essentials.Great local market on Saturday in Jalon.
We have stayed here twice as we absolutely love it.Peaceful and relaxing, ideal for all ages.
We will definately return and we would thoroughly recommend this property.

We stayed at the villa for just 4 days but it was a delightful place to be. Amazing views and a close stroll into the very Spanish village of Jalon, which has a great choice of restaurants and bars. Everything on the doorstep without the hustle and bustle. The villa itself was well equipped, clean and beautiful inside. The service we had was top notch. The grounds with the pool were fantastic. Great place to be. We will be back!
