BEAUTIFUL 4 bedroom corner apartment (200m²) is in the heart of Nice, on the new Tram line. 10 minute walk to the train station, Place Massena, and the Old City. Shops, restaurants, groceries, are steps from the front door. The apartment has been completely renovated and is on the 4th and top floor (with lift) in a Bourgeois building. 10 French windows/doors, all double glazed, lead out to a balcony which completely surrounds the apartment, into each room a view of the city and surrounding hills. The floors are terra cotta tile. Double sized living room with a fireplace, sofa corner and flat screen TV with cable connection. The dining room, equally as spacious, also has a fireplace. Internet ADSL-WIRELESS CONNECTION. Fully equipped kitchen : washing machine, dishwasher, gas cook top, oven, micro wave, refrigerator and freezer. Two of the bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and 2 have queen beds One bathroom has a tub, 2 sinks and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and a sink. 1 WC.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
