A beautiful two storey house, offering spacious accommodation and quality living for your holiday in Bali. The property has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small balcony and a spacious en-suite bathroom, the upstairs landing has very nice lounge area where you can plan your day or enjoy reading. You have a spacious living area, offering both a very comfortable place to relax or dine, a separate kitchen which is fully equipped for self-catering, a laundry room with private maid facilities. All rooms have air conditioning, a TV and DVD player are provided. The french doors lead to a pleasant patio area. The property is detached and the garden offers privacy all around. A nice garden at the front with its own palm tree. A large covered driveway for parking your car or bicycles. There is easy access to all 3 beaches and Kuta for shopping

The property is situated in Jimbaran and is only a few minutes to the closest beach, Jimbaran or 15 minutes to the popular surfing area of Dreamland beach. You can also reach the exclusive resort of Nusa Dua or continue to Kuta which is not more than 20 minutes by car. Jimbaran is only a few minutes away from the the area known as the 'Golden Triiangle' an area of rural beauty as you climb towards the exquisite mountain views. Kuta being one of the most popular tourist attractions for its nightlife, shopping and restaurants is only a short distance away. Seminyak is also very close by with its popular restaurants and boutiques. All the beaches offer attractions for tourists including, diving, snorkeling, surfing, fishing, local markets and you are less than a half hour from all of them allowing you to explore and find your favourite. If you have a sense of adventure you can hire a motorbike for £2.00-£3.00 per day. Please take your international driving license.

  • We also take a security deposit which will be 20% of the booking fee this is increases to 30% when there are more than 4 persons staying. The security deposit is to cover the cost of accidental damage, loss, or cleaning costs. The security deposit is returned in full within 14 days of vacating the property when no damages or cleaning costs are incurred. All we ask is that the property and furnishings are in the same condition as they were at the beginning of your rental. We offer quality accomodation and naturally we wish to have quality bookings. We want you to have a happy hassle free holiday in Bali.

    Our managing agent will arrange to meet you at the property and make sure you settle in comfortably.
    Payment is in Great British Pounds into a UK sterling account. Credit Cards are not accepted due to avoidance of money laundering and therefore a BACS payment is requested. The payment must be made in the name of the lead person booking the rental.
  • There are many local restaurants in Bali including the local 'Warung' local street eating place. Many restaurants for the Western Tourists offer a courtesy pick up and drop off service. You will be spoilt for choice when you dine in Kuta which is only 15 minutes drive away from the house. A Taxi is very easy to find they are always looking for the next customer. If you use Blue Bird the fare is metered and you will not be overcharged.
    You only need to familiarise yourself with what is on offer in the area and you can also order a 'take away' service direct to your door at very little cost. It all depends on your tastes and requirements. You will find the English speaking local people helpful and of course the ex-pats from Australia, Holland and Germany will always give you recommendations.
  • We understand that flight arrivals and departures can vary and we are flexible to book your preferred dates.
    We do ask though that the minimum stay is one week and only charge for each complete week. For further information please contact the owner who will be pleased to assist you with any booking enquiry.

Area: Our Bali House is situated on the outskirt of Jimbaran in a quiet semi-residential area. The location is peaceful and most of the residents are either professional or ex-pats living in Bali. The property is only ten years old and was built during a buoyant economic period of growth in Bali. The property is in a very safe and secure area. Many rentals are long term to either Japanese or French business professionals or long term holiday lets to either Australians or Germans. All the beaches are close by and each will offer a different experience, there is a lot to see and enjoy in Bali. A short trip to Kuta the 'Capital' for many tourists, where you can change money, organise trips, visit the shopping mall or enjoy a drink or a meal in the many bars and restaurants. Transport in Bali is inexpensive and you can either hire a car, motorcycle, car with a driver, or taxi. We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Bali. Having visited before we decided this year to really experience the culture and stay away from hotels and rent a house in the suburb of Jimbaran, we were not disappointed. This house greets you as soon as you walk through the door, tastefully decorated with a sunny lounge and dining area which opens onto a patio garden at the rear where there is further seating, we soon felt very much at home. The property is very clean with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Easily reached from the airport, a mere 15 minutes drive by taxi at a cost of approx £6, the house is situated in a smart area amongst similar well maintained properties, all doors and windows have locks as well as security lighting and a large padlocked front gate. Within a five minute walk, there is a well stocked mini market, medical centre, a few restaurants including a chinese takeaway, plus an excellent laundry where clothes can be cleaned and collected the next day for mere pence.The beautiful Jimbaran beach is 10 minutes away by taxi where there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars and in the evening bonfires are lit along the beach. The towns of Nusa Dua and Kuta are well worth a visit and again easily reached by taxi. There is plenty to do and see in Bali, with many companies organising day trips and Anton who owns the property is very helpful and has a very good knowledge of the area. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the near future.

what a lovely home to stay....

I have been traveling to some places in the UK, Asia and European countries and stayed at some hotels, apartments and holiday homes. But the home where I stayed in Bali is just so lovely.
The house is spacious, clean and tidy with all its facilities. It is located in the area where I can have an easy access to some beautiful places. It just takes about 20 minutes to the International airport and Kuta beach, 10 minutes to Jimbaran beach and 15 minutes to Dreamland beach where it is a paradise for those who like surfing.

When I feel hungry I just went out and had a walk for about five to ten minutes and I could find "warung" (small restaurant) where I can enjoy the local food with a very reasonable price. I can also find some big restaurants in a short distance.
Well, I sometimes cook my dinner cos the house has facilities needed for cooking. I really feel like home here.

The environment is quite and very friendly.
It is such a lovely place for enjoying your quality holiday.
