Luxry beach apartment sleeps 4, situated a stone throw away from the beautiful Arenal sandy beach, with its Champagne bars and lovely play areas situated along the beach, ideal for children. Spacious 2 bed decorated to a very high standard through out. fully equipped kitchen, including, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, Ideal for a family of 4 or friends. There is a good size shower room. Two bedrooms one consist of twin beds and the other has a kingsize bed. There is a ample size balcony to allow alfresco eating or to relax after a long day by the beach or just before you go out to one of the lively bars, or to visit the night market, that runs along the beach in the summer months. The town comprises of 3 areas, the old town, fishing harbour and the sandy beach area. There is also a delightful pebble beach for those who love to seek and find which also hosts lovely beautiful beach bars throughout the summer months.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent Blue Flag beaches. Javea itself is split into three main areas. Javea Port which is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate cobbled streets, a brightly lit Promenade of restaurants, shops and bars and clean pebbled beaches. The Arenal' which offers beautiful Sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants with a small fair for the children in the summer months with rides, trampolines and go-karts and a wonderful craft market late into the evening. The traditional historic town has white house fronts and cobbled streets, it is a typical Spanish Town relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience, it has many traditional 'Tapas Bars' and a weekly Market. The spectacular and varied Fiestas run through out the year. Benidorm 35min drive, has many attractions for all ages including Mundomar an Animal Water Park, Aqualandia a water Park and Terra Mitica fun park and Zoo

  • Included in the above price is electricity, bed linen, towels and taxes. A security deposit of £200 is required and is fully refundable once the appartment has been checked. If your stay is longer than 7 nights you will receive a complimentary mid-stay linen and towel change. Additional cleaning is available on request. NB: Towels are provided for use within the apartment only; you are asked to bring your own towels for use on the beach.
    25% of the cost of your holiday is due when you book, with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cheques, bank transfers are accepted.

Hi folks, we stayed in this apartment for a week in July and had a great time. The apartment is lovely very clean and everything you require. It is located just 5 min walk to the Arenal beach and restaurants, Had a lovely time and booked while we were out there to return in September for another week of Sun ,Sea and Sangria. This apartment will not disappoint you. Karen & Martin

Great apartment and perfect location for the beach

This apartment was perfect for our holiday - it is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and has been maintained brilliantly. The apartment seemed bigger than the photo's suggest and patio doors allowed plenty of air through, keeping the apartment cool. The cooling sytem mentioned is electric fans but these are of good quality and do provide plenty of cool air. The kitchen was much larger than expected and is well equipt to suit a family of four. On arrival there is a folder with all the information you would require for your hoilday and Colleen provides excellent customer service and answers any queries asap. Being so close to the front means there are plenty of places to eat and drink. There is also a lovely market which runs along the beach each night. We cannot fault this apartment and would strongly reccommend this to anyone.
