A magnificent detached villa with pool, situated on an unrivalled elevated position less than 150m from the water's edge in the sought after area of Cala Llonga. It offers superb views of Mahon harbour and town. Completed to the highest quality specifications, the main house offers four bedrooms - all with ensuite bath or shower rooms - and a further studio/bedroom with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette in the separate annexe. The luxury modern kitchen has a range of high quality fitted units in oak, marble work surfaces, concealed dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave. It is fully equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils for a self-catering holiday. Straight on from the entrance hall is a curving marble staircase, leading down to the lounge and separate dining room area, and a bar. These rooms - like everywhere in the property - have high quality, comfortable furniture.

A magnificent detached villa with pool, situated on an unrivalled elevated position less than 150m from the water's edge in the sought after area of Cala Llonga. It offers superb views of Mahon harbour and town. Under 10 mins drive is Cala Mesquida which has a large sandy beach with beautiful clear blue water. Es Grau, approx. 15 mins drive, is a large 'U' shaped inlet with very shallow water and sandy beach making it ideal for small children. It is also possible to hire boats here in the summer months. There are extensive walking tracks in the area of Es Grau, which is a nature reserve. There are many other beaches on the island within a short driving distance.

The property also benefits from full air-conditioning. Four further single beds, which can be put in the double rooms should people not want to share, are available in the villa. These can also be utilised for extra children making the villa sleep 12 comfortably. To the side of the main house is the detached garage and the well equipped self-contained annexe comprising bedroom/lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom.
