The tranquil and private villa was designed, built and fitted on a 5.000 m2 plot to a very high standard. Located between Competa and Sayalonga, only 15 minutes away from the sea and with panoramic views over the landscape of the Axarquia right down to the sea, this holiday home is ideal for a superb vacation between the countryside and the sea. Colourful Mediterranean gardens surround a terrace with all day sun and a large pool (9,5 x 4,5 m) with Roman stairs and parasols and sunbeds. The very own 'Terrace Bar & Grill' complete with tables and chairs is ideal for healthy Mediterranean grill feasts with loads of fresh fish and chilled white wine ! The spacious living and dining area offers big comfortable leather sofas, an open fireplace and large panoramic windows. The large high quality kitchen is fully equipped. The 3 bedrooms- and 2 bathrooms are bright and spacious with fitted wardrobes and French doors for direct access to the direct access to the terrace and the pool.

Within 90 minutes you reach Marbella, Ronda and Granada (Alhambra Palace, Sierra Nevada) and within 2,5 hours Gibraltar, Sevilla and Córdoba. Golf: The 18-Hole / Par 71-Course “Baviera Golf” in Torrox is 30 min. away. According to club information 'Baviera Golf is an even course characterized by its wide greens with many movements and the great variety of obstacles which offer a big range of strokes and an ideal design for all types of handicap.'
