Situated in the heart of the golfing area of st Raphael, built in a traditional Provencal style with a newly renovated contemporary style inside, natural stone floors throughout with 3 ultra modern marble bathrooms, 100m2 of kitchen & living area with air conditioning opening to the covered terrace overlooking the large 12m x 5m pool. We also have a child's play area, ample car parking space, electric gates. The villa has 2 double bedrooms & 3 large single bedrooms with bunk- beds & single beds all with ceiling fans.
