Spacious and luminous duplex apartment of 70m² with 3 terraces of 25m², panoramic sea view and view over the hills, St Jean- Cap Ferrat from the hights of Villefranche sur Mer. 200m from all amenities at Col de Villefranche (shops, restaurant), 3km from the centre and the beach. Ground floor: dining-/ living room with satellite TV, French windows opening onto 2 terraces equipped with a dining area, sun beds and 2 awnings. Separate kitchen with electric cook top, oven, micro wave oven, refrigerator/freezer and dish-washer. Bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Shower room with toilet. Lower floor: bedroom with a double bed (180cm) opening onto the terrace. Small single bedroom (90cm)at the back. Bathroom with toilet, laundry room with washing machine. Private parking for one car. Damage deposit: 800Euros.

The train which is 7 minutes away runs all along the coast. Nice or Monaco are ten minutes away or you can be in Italy in 40 minutes. Drive into the hills and visit Eze or St Paul de Vence. Antibes and Cannes are within easy reach. This area has so much to offer from art, history, luxury and indulgence - whatever your taste. Villefranche old town dates back to the 12th century and is full of history and good places to eat plus a wonderful beach and sea to swim in. This is undoubtably one of the most beautiful places in the world.
