With oak floors and underfloor heating throughout the accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room. The open living area has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area with WIFI, Satellite TV and patio doors leading onto a spacious and sunny garden with hot tub. The apartment enjoys a peaceful setting with magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Dru and is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk into Chamonix town centre. It is ideally situated for hiking with Flegere cable car only a 5 minute walk away giving access onto the Tour du Mont Blanc trails.

Residence Lhotse is situated on the private and quiet Chemin des Campenes which is located in the area known locally as Mouilles des Bois, a flat open area fully encompassed by mountain views, and situated a 5 minute drive to the north east of Chamonix town centre. It is renowned to be the sunniest location in the Chamonix valley. Les Praz village with its shops, restaurants and bar offers a peaceful alternative to the hectic bustle of Chamonix town and is only a pleasant 5 minute walk. Flegere ski lift is a 5 minute walk and gives access onto the Brevent-Flegere ski area with green/blue/red runs and stunning views across to Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles. The golf course, also a 5 minute walk offers luxury dining at the Cabane restaurant and gives access to many woodland walks by the river Arve and a childrens play area known as Paradis de Praz. Chamonix valley is one of the most beautiful locations in the Alps with its tree-lined V-shape giving way to high mountain peaks and Mt Blanc.
