Large comfortable L shape sofa (double bed.) Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided. (great for travelling light.) There is air conditioning and heating , TV with 60+ channels, DVD player + selection of films, hairdryer, iron etc. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The kitchen is fully equiped - oven/hob/microwave/ fridge freezer/dishwasher/ toaster/gridle/juicer/blender. Separate utility room with washing machine (drying rack available outside.) Dining table sits 4/5 comfortably, but can be opened out (6 chairs ) Table/chairs on both terraces + Sunbeds/reclining chairs. Off-street parking with lockable gates. Fantastic location/Quiet road /friendly neighbours/v close to pool. Supermarket/ shops/ bars walking distance. Amazing sandy beaches Campoamor (5 mins drive), Cabo Roig, La Zenia. Golf Clubs Campoamor- (modern club house,well kept greens and spa)5 mins drive. Villa Martin/Las Ramblas/Le Romaro golf courses 15 mins. Free mud bathing at Mar menor15 min drive.

Fantastic location/quiet road /friendly neighbours/very close to pool. Supermarket / shops/ bars/pub/fish and chip shop walking distance. A spanish deli sells tappas - we tried chorizo/ribs/bread/ali oli washed down with sangria. Beautiful, blue flag sandy beaches at Cabo Roig, Campoamor, La Zenia and all the way along the Orihuela coast with fantastic scenery, coves and marinas. Approx 320 sunny days per year. At Torrevieja intricate sand carvings are on display, with models ranging from castles to Shrek! A good place to explore the coast and grab an icecream as the sun gos down. Campoamor Golf Club (modern club house,well kept greens and spa)5 mins drive. Villa Martin(which hosted the Spanish Open) /Las Ramblas(between 2 ravines on shores of the Med)/Le Romaro golf courses 15 mins. Free mud bathing at Mar Menor -15 min drive.Other attractions from go-carting and wildlife parks to places seeped in history such as Elche and Murcia just waiting to be explored

  • A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.

    The balance and £100 returnable breakages deposit is due 8 weeks prior to departure.

    The breakages deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of return subject to there been no damage/breakages.

The description regarding the location, layout, facilities was 100% accurate. The villa was fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It was clean and spacious, and very secure.
It was great to have the swimming pool when you want a break from the many local beaches.
The owners provided information about the villa, and how to get there, as well other information we requested, which we really appreciated.
Close by there were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants.
We really enjoyed our stay!

I went on holiday with 2 of my children and my mum. We wanted lots of sun (so my daughter could sunbathe), a pool nearby, to keep my 7year old son occupied. The villa was lovely, well decorated, fully equiped and very comfortable. The pool was just over the road that was my son sorted!! It has a decent size roof terrace (ideal for sunbathing) that was my daughter sorted!! The villa is within walking distance of a childrens play area, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. We went to a lovely beach, which had a huge climbing frame and volleyball nets, which is approx 5 minute drive away. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to my family and friends.
