It has a HEATED SWIMMING POOL of 10x5m, (0,8 - 2m20 depth) and is situated 2 km from the beach and shops. The villa is nicely furnished and newly equipped. Enclosed garden of 2500m². High speed internet access. Beautiful kitchen, high quality equipments; dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, vitroceramic and gas cook top and dining area. Livingroom with dining area, TV, DVD, opening onto the terrace. Terrace equipped with barbecue (gas). 4 bedrooms: 2 single beds 90 and 3 double beds (1m80 large), 2 shower-rooms with WC. 1 separate WC. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, extra refrigerator and deep freezer. Heating extra in low season Damage deposit: 1500 Euros.

There is wonderful walking in the Esterel hills just above Theoule sur Mer. Monaco, St Raphael and Grasse are within easy reach. In summer ferries run daily to St Tropez from Cannes and boat trips run along the coast & out to the Isles de Lerins. You can enjoy cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing.
