Fantastic family orientated three bedroom, two bath semi-detached villa located in a quiet residential complex with large communal pool. Villa built in 2006, modern and tasteful. Master bedroom has its own balcony and double bed, one further bedroom on upper floor with twin beds (cot available), third bedroom is situated on ground floor next to ground floor shower room. Ideal for disabled visitors. The upstairs bathroom is fully fitted with bath and shower, toilet, basin and bidet. Downstairs shower room has toilet, basin and shower with jets. Lounge has two comfortable sofas one of which is a sofa bed. Flat screen TV for videos and DVDs of which there is a wide selection. Playstation and games also available. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, water boiler, fitted cupboards, cleaning equipment. Private garden with patio and parking area. Outside table with four chairs. Selection of children toys.

The villa is located within small community on Dona Pepa urbanisation, the nearest beach is Campomar 5km or Guadamar 7km. There are two large supermarkets within walking distance of the villa and the Habaneros shopping centre is 5 kim from the urbanisation. La Mata nature park is a short drive away. The lively town of Quesada has many restaurants, bars, shops and banks as well as a small bowling alley and indoor soft play area for children. It is within walking distance or a short drive away.

    Payment in full plus £100 deposit against breakages required 4 weeks prior to arrival. (Breakages fee refunded in full if none occur)
  • Cleaning is extra and is 35€ plus 5€ per person for bed linen and towels.

    Out of hours key collection will cost 10 euros.

    Welcome packs, airport transfers and extra children’s equipment can be arranged on request. Our key holders live on the same urbanisation and help is available for transfers, taxis, welcome packages at a reasonable price.

Notes: The air-conditioning also supplies warm air to the house and there is a large portable gas fire for the winter. There are videos, DVD's, books and a Playstation 1 with games in the lounge. Bars & Restaurants: Within walking distance, there are several bars, all of which serve meals, there are also restaurants including Chinese, Indian and Italian. Alternatively, drive to Cuidad Quasada for even greater choice. All nearby towns have plenty of restaurants and cater for a variety of tastes and pockets. There is a ring binder at the property with useful holiday information, maps, directions and everything the holidaymaker needs to know. We also have one in the UK which is available prior to booking.

Shopping & Markets: There are 2 supermarkets on our urbanisation, or for shopaholics the Carrefour hypermarket and Habanares shopping centre is about 6km away on the road to Torrevieja Markets take place locally several days a week. The best being the Lemon Grove market situated on nearby urbanisation El Raso. People come from all along the coast to attend this market.

Water Parks: There are 3 water parks within a short drive.

Golf: The local course, La Marquesa is a couple of miles away, there are 5 more courses within 20 minutes drive.

Other Activities: Aqua Parks, soft play, bowling

Wonderful villa in lovely place with Fab pool

I had a wonderful holiday at this lovely villa. I couldn't recomend it highly enough. The villa was kitted out smartly but comfortably with everything we needed, even magazines & videos for the long hot evenings. Located in a quiet but convieient area with families and nice people. The pool was fabulous - heaven, just what we all wanted - ages 3 up to teens never crouded even in height of summer. God what a lovely place I will definitely be booking again - kids are still talking about it

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa, villa is modern and well equipped for everything that you need, all of the creature comforts you would like and more. The pool is fantastic, there is a great balcony and outdoor space for bbq's and drinks of an evening, that is if you dont opt for the several bars and eateries within walking distance (italian, indian, chinese availible as well as continental cuisene from several bars and cafes).
Our reccomendations would be La Marabu cafe- by the hotel laguna, great bar, lovely staff good food.
Chinese by hotel laguna- cant remember name but good food and free wine when you spend 40 euros.
The rooftop terrace @ Manolo's- large, spacious, charcoal bbq cuisene, bouncy castle and play area for kids, great staff. (by Consum supermarket)
The english fish and chip shop (also by Consum)- again nice food lovely staff.
Ther are also 3 supermarkets within 5 min walk which sell anything you need or forget!
Special mention must go to Dave who looks after the villa, lovely guy, nothing a problem and genuinely happy to help.
Julia is very easy and friendly to deal with when booking the villa and she will be getting a return call from myself for future hols!

'A lovely, bright, spacious and clean villa - fully equipped for our family holiday. There is plenty of room, much-appreciated air-conditioning and a real homely-feel. A lovely area on the terrace for outside dining, plenty of outdoor toys for children to use and a small enclosed garden to enjoy. The complex and the communal pool are all beautifully maintained (- the pool never seemed over crowded even during August and there is a good toddler area) and there is very friendly and helpful on-site management. The location is a good base for exploring the surrounding area and beaches, or just for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine - a selection of local supermarkets and restaurants within a short drive, some within walking distance. We had such a perfect family holiday that we rebooked again for this year as soon as we got back!'
