Superb 2- bedroom apartment of 85m² on the garden level with private entrance in a completely new built residence with swimming pool for only 3 apartments, situated on the west hills of Nice. The apartment has a large terrace of 85m² equipped with dining area, gas barbecue and sun beds. Beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea al the way to Cap d'Antibes! AC and interior design of high quality and taste. Kitchen area fully equipped. Living room with dining area, comfortable sofa, flat screen TV/DVD and large panorama windows opening onto terrace and the little private garden. 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 cm large). A second bedroom with a twin bed (2x90 cm large). 2 shower rooms. 1 independent toilet. Parking insided the residence for 1 car. Pets not allowed. Damage deposit: 1000 euros.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
