This spacious one bedroom apartment is set in its own secure private gardens and has both a large and toddler pool. The property is furnished in a modern style and has air con through out. The bedroom has a king size bed in it, 2 bedside drawers, plus 2 large built in wardrobes. The lounge/dining area includes 2 double sofa beds and a modern round table and chairs (to sit 4). Also in the lounge is a TV c/w DVD player and CD system. You will also find a coffee table and side table to match. The lounge/dining area has 2 large sliding doors, which open out onto the large balcony. The balcony has sea view and is equipped with wooden table and chairs and a bbq which can be enjoyed on a lovely warm evening. The bathroom has both a bath and power shower plus a b-day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you made need and comes with a large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Entry to the apartment is secure with an intercom system, There is also a private car park.

The apartment is perfectly situated in Playa D'en Bossa. Everything you will require is situated within walking distance, shops, bars, restaurants, water park, childrens play area's and not forgetting Space & Bora Bora...Along the beach front is the ferry service which runs into Ibiza Town every half hour or hour (depending on season) Ibiza Town has some fantastic shops & restaurants along with the historical Dalt Villa. The clubs Pacha & El Divino are also located in Ibiza Town. The ferry also runs daily to the island of Formentera. The famous Las Salinas beach is only 10 minutes away from the apartment by taxi or bus, around the island there are over 50 other beaches to discover. There is an 18 hole golf course situated in Santa Eulalia which is about a 20 minutes by car. Across the other side of the island (around a 30 minute drive) in San Antonio is the Cafe Del Mar where you can witness one of the worlds greatest sun sets. Just outside San Antonio are the clubs Privilege & Amnesia

This is a really good apartment to use as a base for exploring Ibiza. Close to the airport, and all amenities, yet set back in a residential area and quiet enough not to be bothered by the local nightlife. The quality of the equipment, furniture and presentation here was excellent. The apartment is very secure and offers a safe for valuables. Everything you could need under one roof, and access to a quiet pool just outside, and a very short walk to the beach! Ample free parking on the street outside makes it even easier to house a rented car, but also a bus stop just round the corner. A supermarket is about 150 yards away and caters for all tastes. An excellent meet and greet service that even met us in town when we got lost! This apartment is highly recommended and is much better value than the hotels the area has on offer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
