A perfect summer holiday rental surrounded by beautiful gardens and swimming pools. The Apartment is on two floors. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms,a double room with ensuite shower and balcony and one twin bedroom with a family bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining room area which leads on to a large spacious balcony with outdoor seating and table. The penthouse roof terrace is on the second floor and has a double bedroom with ensuite, small fully equipped kitchen with a large terrace and seating area. Every room has air conditioning / heating. Botanic Garden offers large outdoor pool, childrens pool, indoor heated pool, childrens play area, tennis court, gym and sauna. There is a terrace restaurant,bar and mini market. There is a shuttle service to the local beach daily and a weekly visit to Dalaman farmers market. There are an array of restaurants and bars close by. The area is rich in history and surrounded by beautiful villages and bays

Dalaman is a traditional Turkish farming town and is fast becoming a popular area because of its proximity to the airport and beach. The town has many amenities such as supermarket shopping facilities, weekly market and a variety of restaurants and bars. There are many places to visit in the area such as the blue flag Sarigerme beach offering a wide range of water sports, Sarsala beach, Gocek Marina with restaurants, bars and shops. Visit Dalyan and take a boat trip to Kaunos, Iztuzu (turtle beach) and the world famous mud baths or white water rafting on Dalaman river. Fethiye and Oludeniz are close, both have many shops, restaurants and bars. Oludeniz also offers a chance to go paragliding, parascending, a choice of water sports or a chance to just laze on the blue lagoon beach. Bodrum and Marmaris are 2 hours away.   • All prices include cleaning on departure, bedding and bath towels. Transfers can be arranged to Botanic Garden at an extra cost. NB You can rent the 2 bed apartment without the penthouse for £100 less than amount shown.
  • Prices include normal use of electric, gas, water, bed linen and towels.
    DEPOSIT: A 25% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed which is non-refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies. The balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival date. A security deposit of £150 is to be paid with final payment which is returned within 1 week of departure.
    CANCELLATION CHARGES: 8 weeks before arrival date: 25% of rental. 4 weeks before arrival date: 50% of rental. 2 weeks before arrival date: full rental.
