The south facing Javea Apartment is in the grounds of a beautiful Spanish villa. The new apartment has been built to the highest standards and is equipped with everything you could wish for to make your holiday enjoyable. The Javea Apartment comprises one twin and one double bedroom together with a bathroom, kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. It is fully air-conditioned and benefits from lots of natural light. The windows look over the surrounding countryside. The large 10 x 5 metre pool benefits from solar heating, a 'beach' style entrance and a massage bank. Around the pool are extensive terraces and there are many other sitting areas around the gardens. From the terraces there is a clear view to the sea in Javea. Located in Castellans which is one of the most prestigious residential areas in Javea the luxury holiday apartment is minutes from the historical old town, the port or the beaches at El Arenal. This new apartment is available from May 2009.

It is the ideal location for swimming, beach holidays, walking, cycling, golf or simply relaxing. Despite being just a short distance from the main attractions and beaches in Javea this apartment is in a quiet and peaceful area to ensure a relaxing holiday. Additional information about rental rates

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike some owners our prices are INCLUSIVE. The price is for 2 guests and includes all linen and towels, except beach towels, weekly linen change, cleaning on your departure, all electricity, gas and water charges, solar heated swimming pool, central heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer (between 7.00pm and 7.00am). We also include a welcome pack with our compliments and we have a British agent in Javea. We are happy to be flexible on changeover days and lengths of stay.

    Additional guests (maximum 2) are charged £50 per guest per week
  • In order to confirm you booking we ask for a deposit of 25% of the rental cost. The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Once this is received we will give you detailed directions to the property together with instructions for obtaining the keys. We also ask for a security deposit of £200. This is refunded within 10 days of the end of your holiday.

Just fantastic

We haev stayed before in John adn Shirley's larger villa on the other side of Javea. This time there were just the two of us sow we decided to try their new apartment. It was just great.

The apartment has been cleverly developed and is large and bright. It was completed just in time for our visit and it was everyhting we expected.. very clean, well equipped, sunny, lovely views. They have SKY TV so we could even take our SKY card -not that we used it much!

The apartment shares the terraces and pool with the owners but this wasn't a problem as there is so much space around. The location is great as it's really quiet and peaceful yet only 5 minutes from the old town with it's bars and restaurants.

It is also great that we are able to book arrival and departure days to suit cheap flights. This time we had 9 days. Only complaint was we had to go home but we have already booked to come back!
