LUXURIOUS 2 Bedroom appartment- 4 PERS- SWIMMING-POOL-AIR CONDITION-INTERNET- Luxurious apartment in small building of 4 apartments with shared swimming pool. Constructed in 2006. The apartment has a large terrace equipped with a lounge, dining area, a parasol. Situated on one of the first hills on the West side of Nice, the view on the Bay of Angels is fabulous, day and night! The apartment is equipped tastefully. Equipped kitchen corner, living room/ dining room with flat screen TV, Internet access, french windows accessing the terrace. 2 bedrooms with a 180cm bed each (2 singles beds 0.90 in one of them). Shower room, separate toilet. Garage for 1 car. No animals accepted.

The apartment is also less than 1.50 hour drive from the south Alps for those who enjoy mountain walks in the summer or skiing in the winter. Direct flights to Nice are available from all major airports and note that Nice airport is a 10min bus ride away (the bus stops 20 yards from the building). The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door. Use your internet to look up the many areas of interest & outstanding beauty.
