Brand New Luxury 5 Bedroom Villa on the Sandy Ridge Development which has been furnished to a high standard.. Villa is rented on a self-catering basis It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in a relaxing and tranquil position as it backs onto conservation land and only has neighbours to one side. It has a large screened pool area which can be fun for all the family, with the spa for the adults to use while the children play in the pool and afterwards there is a patio area for all the family to sit and enjoy a cold drink and maybe a meal. You may enjoy a nice shopping trip or two with the many shopping areas within a short drive from JC Penney and Walmart to tourist shops on International Drive. If you prefer to hit some golf balls then The Reunion Resort is 5 minutes drive away with its USPGA standard golf course. With the Disney and Universal parks a short distance away our family villa is ideally located for your Florida getaway. Now has Wireless Internet.

  • Bookings can be made by e-mail a non-refundable deposit of £100.00 a week and a completed booking form will secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks then full payment will be required. A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is required to cover any damage, loss or breakages. Pool heat is £85.00 a week and payable with balance. All linen and towels are supplied and also use of a safe to put all your valuables in. We accept payment by cheque or paypal. We can accept sterling or dollars.

We rented this holiday home in June and would recommend it. It is in quiet area with conservation area at rear but is close enough to all the parks etc. Rooms nice and clean. We all loved the swimming pool
