Photos and Description of this Sugar Hill holiday villa Set in beautiful, tropical landscaped gardens with breath taking ocean views.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in a separate cottage near the pool. The 2 bedrooms in the cottage share a fully equipped kitchen and the bedrooms open onto a patio by the swimming pool. The villa also comprises of spacious living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and media room. The living area opens onto a spacious covered living patio which overlooks the infinity edge swimming pool, gardens and private tennis court. There is also outdoor dining where a water feature flows under a wooden bridge between the dining and living patios. All bedrooms are air conditioned with Ensuite bathrooms. Each room has a CD player, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities, dressing room with a safe and hairdryer. The media room is air conditioned and complete with state of the art video/audio entertainment with 42in. plasma screen, multi-region DVD player, VCR, CD player, headset and IPod docking station. Music can also be played through patio speakers.
