Photos and Description of this Mullins Bay holiday villa Great location opposite Mullins beach, with spa facilities and roof-top jacuzzi

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with tv, video/DVD player, radio, CD player and board games for the family. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is also a bedroom with twin beds; both rooms connect out to a large shady terrace, with ceiling fans and awnings. The terrace is equipped with an outside dining area and BBQ. The garden is a good size, with paved area, a lawn and a beautiful small pool. There are sun loungers and plenty of outdoor furniture. Private parking for 2 cars in the front of the house. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with cooker/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, and large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher and all the usual small kitchen appliances. There is also a shower room located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms both with King size beds, ceiling fans and air con. The master bedroom has an en-suite marble bathroom, with an old fashioned iron leg bath and a safe.

Notes: The 2nd guest bedroom has a marble shower room/w/c. Both rooms lead out to balconies overlooking the garden and towards the beach. On the 2nd floor there is a small office. The 2nd floor leads out to the roof terrace, where you can sunbathe or relax in the roof top Jacuzzi. There is also a shower for you to cool off! The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. Sugar Bay is a wonderful gated community which offers the tenants the facilities of the Suga Suga Beach Club with its complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas. Various water sports are offered. Waiter service is offered from the bar to the sun beds. The resort also has a communal pool with waterfalls, Jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas. Suga Suga offers a wonderful relaxed environment, where you can relax in the spa or work out in the gym. Suga Suga offers a wide range of treatments. Also guests will be given temporary membership of the Sugar Hill resort, with tennis and swimming pool.
