Luxury villa with private pool, wonderful ocean views in a small and peaceful development just 2 kilometres from the beach. The development has a communal pool, fitted to the highest of standards and luxuriously furnished throughout. On entering the villa the stairs lead down to a spacious and bright lounge and dining area. The lounge is fitted with leather sofas to relax and watch some television or watch a DVD. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area where eight people can comfortably sit and enjoy your meal. The state of the art kitchen ensures that everything you require to rustle up that meal can be found. The bright and airy lounge is made possible by the large patio windows that lead onto the fabulous outside terrace with magnificent views out to sea. Relax on the terrace furniture and dine outside on those balmy summer nights, the outside 8 setter table will easily accommodate your needs. Downstairs leads onto the impressively sized pool terrace area, table tennis table.
