Separate equipped kitchen (dish-washer, washing-machine, oven, micro-waves, electric hotplate) with a dining area. Living-room with dining area, TV, radio. 3 Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (120cm) and TV. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180cm). One small bed room with a single bed (90cm) and one extra bed. Bathroom. Separate toilet. Pets are not allowed.

The famous 'Promenade des Anglais' is below your feets, so you can be up for a swim at 9.00am and back for breakfast at one of the (1,000+) restaurants and cafes just outside your door.
