Sleeps 6. Brand new 2 bedroom luxury apartment with shared pool and landscaped gardens. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Gated apartment block ideal for children. Fully air-con/heated, top of the range sofa bed. For larger parties additional accommodation may be arranged. Parque de Corcovada is a new development of luxurious apartments and villas in the heart of Albufeira with a wide range of facilities and amenities on its doorstep. 5 mins walk to restaurants, bars and shops, 15 mins walk to the nearest beach and 35 mins walk to the 'Old Town' (recommended). It is a short drive or bus to Algarve Shopping Mall and a short drive or bus to Aquaparks Zoomarina. There are 18 golf courses within 20km. Built in 2007, our 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor with one of the four swimming pools just outside which is shared by a small number of other residents. Facilities on site include restaurant/ snackbar, video hire shop, crazy golf and children's play area.

Albufeira boasts several beautiful white-sandy beaches and rugged coves. The nearest beach to Corcovada is Praia de Santa Eulalia, which is 1km away, within walking distance. Jump in a taxi or catch the local sightseeing bus to Fisherman's beach at the Old Town which is close to lots of shops and bars. Please see owners website for a link to golf courses. Corcovada 2 bed Apartment

I have to say, as a frequent traveller, this property lived up to expectations from the detailed description given. Once we contacted the owners, they were very helpful in arranging transfers(about 60 euros return) to and from the property. With the patio area it was lovely to be able to sit out for breakfast as the patio had full sun until about 4pm. The pool is 6 steps away from the patio. The only down side is the wooden floors. Although they look lovely, I was worried about damaging them as they had already been scratched by previous occupiers.
The Apartment is very near to the "Bullring", about a 10 min walk from "The Strip" (so no noise) and a bus/taxi ride to the old town (Taxi 4 euros),
we had meals on the strip and in the old town but Fredis bar and the Chinese Garden (all you can eat for 9 euro) on the strip were the best. The old town seemed more expensive but the quality was not as good but perhaps we went to the wrong restaurants! We really enjoyed our holiday would have no hesitation in returning in the furture.
