This superb new house is a modern version of an old French farmhouse (Briard), and a hugely impressive family home, ideal for those who enjoy holidaying in comfort and style. This beautiful two-storey detached house is located in the Parisian suburb of Magny-le-Hongre, a superbly located residential village only 5 minutes, by car or public transport, from Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney's very own 27 holes golf course and Val d'Europe International Shopping Centre, which contains an excellent hypermarket, Sea Life and designer outlet stores. There are many appealing features to the house including high ceilings, wooden flooring and a warm, soft décor throughout. This house is bright and spacious and offers an affordable home away from home for families and groups, comfortably sleeping up to 13 people. Paris and it's many tourist attractions, Parc Asterix and the Champagne Region are all within easy reach.

Paris is easily accessible via regular train service departing every 10 minutes during peak times and every 20 minutes during off peak times from the Marne la Vallée, Chessy train station is located at Disneyland Paris. The journey time is 35 minutes. A local bus service operates regularly between Magny-le-Hongre, Disneyland Paris and Val d'Europe Shopping Centre, which has an excellent hyper market and designer outlet stores. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance from the house. Sea Life, Parc Asterix, gastronomic local restaurants and many other activities are all close by. Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in euros. 15% discount is offered to bookings of 8 persons or less. Shorter or Longer stays on request. We are very flexible on change-over days except during peak season. We do except payment in British Pound Sterling. All requests will be answered within 48 hours. A 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required on confirmation and the remaining balance is due 2 months before your arrival date. All bookings within 2 months need to be paid in full. We require a seperate deposit cheque of £500 or 500 euros with the final payment and will be returned usually within 7 working days following your departure. However a retainer can be made from this deposit to cover damage and breakages to the property or for an extra cleaning if the house is left in an unacceptable condition.

Notes: The bedroom downstairs has a 'walk-in' wardrobe and en-suite bathroom containing a bath and seperate shower. A toilet and utility room are also located on this level. Upstairs is equally impressive with a large light-filled landing, leading to the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms are generous in size. Outside entertaining can easily be accommodated with direct access to the kitchen and living room. Outside is a delightful lawn garden with a gravelled pathway leading to the front door. At the side of the house is a double garage which offers secure off-street parking for two cars.

Added Services: The owner is happy to provide helpful advice and information prior to or during your visit regarding transport, shows, amusement park tickets, opening hours which all facilitate your trip and make your holiday more enjoyable. Airport and Eurostar 'Pick-ups' and guided tours of Paris and other services can also be arranged at an extra cost. A starter pack of groceries can be ordered for late and early arrivals.

Further Details: The village Centre of Magny-le-Hongre is around 2 minutes by car and provides a bakery, pub, banks, grocery shop and a chemist.

Golf: Next door to the Golf Disneyland 27 holes Championship golf course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses this is ideal for a golfing vacation. All green-fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including advice on a golfing holiday in the heart of France. A new Arnold Palmer designed course is due to open in April 2009 which again, is only 15 minutes drive away.

Great for Disney fans!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Large, well-equipped, clean, very comfortable and very close to Disney parks. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt to deal with problems (a broken can opener immediately replaced)! We had a great week and would recommend this to anyone wanting good access to parks (by car or convenient bus service) & Paris, with a chance to relax in comfort.

Great family vacation home!

This is a wonderful vacation home if you are a large family or group visiting Paris or Disneyland. It is just minutes away from Disney! And about 30 minutes to downtown Paris.The home is new, clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked with needed supplies for cooking.
The only downside was that wireless internet was not working. Nice living space for eating and talking! Washer and Dryer in the home as well as other appliances.
We highly recommend this home!
