In the heart of Moraira town centre is this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with free private parking & lift to the second floor. Fully air conditioned & double glazed. A short walk to one of the cleanest & most beautiful beaches in Costa Blanca. First time on the rental market, this very tastefully decorated apartment was furnished for personal use. It comprises a hallway which leads into the fully equipped kitchen. There is a large sitting dining room which has SKY TV. BBC1/2, channel 4 and 5 etc. DVD video, etc. Dining area with table and 6 chairs.Walking out to a good sized south facing terrace with patio furniture. Two very good sized nicely furnished bedrooms. One having twin beds & the other with a king size bed. Both have fitted wardrobes. One full bathroom & newly fitted shower room complete the accommodation. Ideal from families, or friends who do not want to hire a car & require the facilities to be on their door step. Surprisingly quiet for a town centre location.

The town of Moraira was originally a fishing village. It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday. It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community. Set in a valley running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches. One is in the town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet. Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. Many good restaurants and bars. Prices vary according to the establishment. Michelin rated restaurants in the area. A couple of night clubs. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets, banks and two internet shops. Nice gift, clothes and shoe shops. The area is ideal for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year

Things to do.: In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sealife park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do.The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, peddelos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels. Alicante airport is under one hour away and Valencia one and a quarter hours. Car hire can be organised on requested. Calpe and Javea are 15/20 minutes and Benidorm 25 minutes from the property.

fantastic appartment in a fab location.really homely and comfy! so close to the beach its unreal!! lovely little town. great memories for me as i got engaged there!! roll on my next trip!!
