Large 3 bedroom house in Costa Tropical, probably the last remaining unspoilt Costa in Southern Spain and a traditional agricultural working area. This region benefits from 'the healthiest climate in Europe and the second world' as stated by the World Health Organisation. Costa Tropical consists of a number of pretty and friendly coastal fishing villages, quiet beaches (26) and secluded coves with a back drop of the Sierra Nevada mountains and Ski Resort. There must be few places in the world where you can ski 3000m above sea level in the morning and return to sea level and sunbathe in the afternoon! This large 3 bedroomed house with 6 private terraces & communal pool is only 5 min walk to the blue flag beach. The nearest bar/restaurant is less than a minutes walk. There are two villages 1km away and the town of Motril is only a 15min drive. Places of interest are Granada Alhambra Palace, Skiing in the Sierra Nevada, Golf in Motril and 2 Water Parks withing a 50min drive.

Carchuna is a small holiday resort where the Spanish take their holidays there are plenty of quiet beaches and fishing villages in the area. In contrast the historic white Alpujarras villages are only a short drive away. Enjoy a glass of wine and tapas in the surrounding villages or take a drive into Motril which is only 15 minutes away. Alternatively you can take a 50 min drive to the Sierra Nevada and enjoy a days ski-ing or maybe enjoy horse riding on the beach at Salobrena. For those who prefer a slower pace take a drive to Granada and visit the Alhambra Palace. Shoppers are also catered for with local markets in Motril or a 30 mins drive to Almunecar and once you've finished shopping why not make a visit to the Water Park in Almunecar. If you prefer not to venture to far afield there are selection of shops,restaurants and bars in Carchuna with many on the beach where you can enjoy barbequed sardines as you watch the sun setting over the sea

There is also another terrace on the third floor which is enclosed and has a washing line. Each bedroom has a balcony with either views of the pool or the mountains.
