Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rate is charged in $ USDollars or € Euro's and includes all local Florida state taxes of 13%, normal use of electricity, air-conditioning, water, towels, linen, high speed Internet access, use of gas BBQ/Grill and free nationwide phonecalls! There is a cleaning fee of $125,-- per stay. Pool heat is recommended between October and April and is available for $125,-- a week or $20 per day. Minimum stay is 1 week. Monthly rentals are possible. The daily rental rate is 1/7 of weekly rate. If the vacation dates required span more than one price zone, enquiry owner for details. The booking deposit is 30% of the total rental price plus a $250,-- security deposit. The Booking and security deposit will secure your reservation. The balance of your payment must be paid in full at least 6 weeks prior to arrival, or immediately if your arrival is within 6 weeks.
  • Payments are accepted by online banking, credit card payments with PayPal or online banking payments with Paypal. Per transaction with paypal there's a charge of 4%, see www.paypal.com for details. Cancellations till 6 weeks prior to arrival will have a penalty of 30% of the booking. Cancellations within 6 weeks prior to arrival or no shows will have a full penalty of the booking.There is a strict no smoking and no pets policy in Villa Magic Kingdom.
