There is something for everyone, children love the freedom of being able to walk or cycle everywhere, if you are a couple on your own, sitting on the terrace on the waters edge watching the sun go down is so romantic! The apt is large and furnished to a high standard, 4 double bedroom and 3 bathrooms, air conditioned, sky TV, DVD Player Hi Fi & CD Internet, safe. There are 2 car park spaces in the garage which is entered into via the kitchen. There is also a cot and highchair for babies & cycles x 2 for children age 6 to 12

Within a few minutes drive there are some of the best golf courses in Europe. 40 minute drive to Tarifa where you can catch the best surf, Beaches and Chill Out Bars Within Sotogrande there are 4 main supermarkets all are only a few minutes drive from the apartment and all other main shops inc chemists.
