Short term rental Paris apartment for 2 persons, recently renovated. Everything at walking distance. This studio overlooks the quiet rue Saint-Sauveur in the 2nd district. A nice teak-floored terrace adds up ideally to the flat and offers an ideal place to relax, share a drink and watch passers by after a day spent visiting museums and walking the streets of Paris. Pedestrian area. The interior: custom-built high quality furnishings, luxury sofa bed (W160cm, storage spaces, flat screen cable TV (international channels), MP3 player with radio (iphone and ipod-compatible), telephone to call many destinations for free and internet access with WIFI. Intercom and security door. Wooden bar, dimmer controlled hanging glass lamps, 2 vitro-ceramic hobs, a hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave with grill function, a toaster, an electric boiler and a coffee machine. Washing/ drying machine, security door, towels and linens provided.

The quiet surrounding streets lined with XVIIth and XVIIIth century buildings, gourmet shops and cafés have become one of the most fashionable areas of the capital, attracting a trendy population. The beautiful gardens of the Palais Royal and the Jardin des Tuileries are just 5 to 10 minutes away. The Marais area, the Louvre Museum and the Pompidou Centre are also nearby. The banks of the Seine are within walking distance and there are numerous metro and bus lines to explore the rest of Paris.

We just came home from the most wonderful vacation in Paris. Upon arrival we were kindly introduced to the apartment, shown how everything worked and they had even placed flowers in the apartment. It was the perfect start of a perfect holiday. The apartment was nice and clean, even the bed is made in a second so no work has to be done there. The best part of the apartment was of course the terrace and the placement of the apartment. The rue Montegueil has everything, bakers, butchers, fruit and veg. markets, cafés, you name it. And all the sights were within walking distance. We've recommened the apartment to all our friends and the next time we're in paris we'll definitely try to stay at the apartment again.

We spent 6 days in this small, but very comfortable and efficient studio. It's located in the heart of Paris, from there you can walk everywhere, but nevertheless, there are 3 metro stations around it. A couple of dozens meters - and you are on the rue Montorgeuil, lined with little shops where you find more fresh produce than you need either to have a simple breakfast or cook a nice dinner. With this studio, being in the central Paris does not mean to be surrounded by hordes of tourists. The area is filed with locals and you will have a chance to seat in a cafe and watch Parisians living their life.
The studio itself is all what you can ask for during your travel. Bathroom is of decent size, which by Parisian standards is quite spacious; in the kitchen you find modern and efficient appliances. But the best part is the sofa. It is sooo comfortable that no matter how tired you are at the end of the day, you will wake up well rested and ready to conquer. Camille, the owner, is charming and helpful, she speaks perfect English. It was nice and easy to deal with her about all the details of the rent. You can see that for her it is not just business. She really cares to make your stay as comfortable and efficient as possible. Her attention to details is commanding. In this studio there are no mismatched cups, plates, and silverware, or outdated audio & video appliances. Your table setting will look decent even away from home, your meals could be cheered by the music from your own iPod, and on the TV(if you can spare time for it) I bet you will hear your native language and find news from your own country, since there are cable channels in all major languages. The terrace is wonderful, we used it a lot. The street is busy during the day, but quiet and safe at night.
We had a wonderful time in Paris. We were happy to stay at this comfortable and efficient studio. Thank you, Camille.

Paris at its best...!

My friend and I spent five days in this amazing apartment on our trip to Paris. Five days is not a lot of time if you want to discover all of Paris, but living in Saint-Sauveur made that possible. We only took the metro once because everything was at walking distance. Also, we had all of our desires fulfilled in this lovely area - we went to small potteries, huge shopping centres, cosy cafes and stylish bars. Also, Saint-Sauveur will enable you to see Champs-Elysées, the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, Louvre and La Fayette - all in one day! If you want to just relax, the apartment has a wonderful balcony, where you can enjoy your breakfast in total privacy. Everything in the apartment is completely new and clean, and the renter is extremely service-minded and reliable, which is why we are definitely going back next year.

I highly recommend this flat! It is located in walking distance of a lot of great attractions (The Louvre, Pompidou, Notre Dam).

The neighborhood is great, you feel like you are in a small town as opposed to a great big city. Behind the apartment there are a great array of stores which offer a variety of foods and wines. The place is inviting, charming and most of all beautiful.
