Surround yourself with the Hollywood History that this famous neighbourhood is known for. This wonderful remodelled house (just completed Dec. 2008) is on the same street as homes where Heddi Lamarr and Bob Hope lived. It is a couple of blocks from homes owned by Lucille Ball, Frank Sinatra, and Bing Crosby among others. This professionally decorated home consists of a living room area with a 37 inch flat screen TV and a beautiful stone and wood mantel gas fireplace, a dining room area with a beautiful china cabinet and table, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and new appliances. The home has two master bedrooms, three guest bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a laundry room. One of the master bedrooms has a king size bedroom set with a new luxury mattress, private bathroom with granite counter tops and tub, and is on a separate side of the house from the other bedrooms. The other master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new luxury mattress.

Notes: This remodelled house (just completed Dec. 2008) has a Whole house filter and water Softener. Smoking only allowed in outside and must use ash trays. We have 2 Gas fireplaces one inside and one outside by dinning area. Deck/Patio: 3 separate private seating areas - one has view of mountains -The 2nd is around pool/hot tub and the 3rd one is a dinning area with outdoor fireplace. Gas grill located on outdoor patio for free use. Bikes,Pool and Hot Tub are used at the renters own risk. No life guard on Duty. You must practice Safety first one your own. Off Street Parking: driveway will accommodate up to 6 vehicles or Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: large driveway will accommodate RV/Motor Home parking.Private Hot Tub: Adjacent to swimming pool - heated for additional fee. The spacious landscaped yard has a salt water in-ground pool and spa.
